Refund Policy

1. Project deposits
Project deposits secure your engagement slot and are applied toward your first milestone payment. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If work has not yet started, deposits are refundable within 14 days of payment, minus any scoping or discovery work already performed.
2. Initial consultations
Initial consultations are free — no payment information is required. Since no payment is collected, no refund is needed. Materials shared during consultations may be retained for reference.
3. Milestone-based engagements
Custom software engagements follow the payment schedule in your Statement of Work (SOW). Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted. If we fail to deliver a milestone, the corresponding payment is refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at contact@internetcompany.tech with your account email and project details. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel an engagement at any time by emailing us or notifying your project lead. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for work already completed. See section 1 for deposit refund eligibility.
