1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using The Internet Company's website and software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Free trials
We offer 24-hour free trials of our products. Trials are limited to one per product per user. Trial data may be deleted after the trial period. No payment information is required for trials.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) Use our services for illegal activities. (b) Attempt to access data you're not authorized to access. (c) Reverse engineer or decompile our software. (d) Resell or sublicense our services without authorization. (e) Interfere with the proper functioning of our services.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our software, designs, and content. Client-owned data and configurations remain the client's property. See your enterprise agreement for specific terms.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it longer.
