Greenfield University collected 99.3% of fees on time and cut admin overhead 61% with one campus platform
An 8,000-student university running admissions, attendance, grades and fees across six disconnected tools replaced them all with a single school management platform — collecting $2.7M in previously late fees and giving 14,000 parents a real-time view of their child's progress for the first time.

This is an illustrative case study. Company names, identifying details, and testimonials have been changed to protect client confidentiality. The technical solution and target outcomes are representative of the work we do. We extend the same confidentiality to every client.
Where they started
Greenfield's three campuses and 8,000 students were managed across six tools: a 2014 admissions database, a separate attendance app, spreadsheet grading, a payment gateway with no reconciliation, a transport vendor's portal, and a library system that only the librarian could use. Fee collection was stuck at 78% on-time, the bursar's office spent three weeks every term chasing defaults, and parents had no way to see grades or attendance without a phone call. Admissions season was the worst — staff re-keyed the same applicant data into four systems, and 1 in 9 offers went out with a typo in the student's name.
What we built
We deployed our Edu school & institute management platform covering admissions, enrollment, attendance, grading, fee collection, parent communication, transport and library — one system, one student record, across all three campuses. Online fee collection with automated reminders and installment plans replaced the manual chase, parents get a real-time portal for grades, attendance and fees, and admissions now flows from application to offer without a single re-keyed field.
Target outcomes
More from this project
We used to spend the first three weeks of every term chasing fees and correcting names on offer letters. Now fees come in on time, parents see everything in the portal, and my admissions team processes a full cohort in a single day. The $2.7M we recovered was money we'd written off.
