PrimeHealth Telemedicine filled its calendar 24/7 and added $340K per clinician with self-serve booking

A telemedicine startup was leaving 31% of clinician slots empty and losing patients to no-shows. A self-serve booking engine with automated reminders and telehealth hand-off lifted utilization and turned after-hours demand into revenue.

This is an illustrative case study. Company names, identifying details, and testimonials have been changed to protect client confidentiality. The technical solution and target outcomes are representative of the work we do. We extend the same confidentiality to every client.

/ The challenge

Where they started

PrimeHealth's 18 clinicians had open slots 31% of the time, and no-shows were eating another 19% of booked appointments. Patients had to call during business hours to book, so after-hours demand — PrimeHealth's biggest differentiator — went to competitors. Front-desk staff spent 25 hours a week on the phone scheduling, and there was no telehealth hand-off, so virtual visits required a separate tool clinicians hated.

/ The solution

What we built

We deployed our Booking & Reservation Engine branded to PrimeHealth, with real-time availability across all clinicians, online payments and deposits, automated SMS/email reminders, and a no-show and cancellation handling flow that auto-releases slots back to the pool. Bookings confirm straight into an integrated telehealth session — one link, no second tool.

More from this project

We built the company to capture after-hours demand, then made patients call us between 9 and 5 to book. Self-serve booking fixed the obvious bug in our own business. The $340K per clinician is real — we measured it clinician by clinician.
