SkillForge cut corporate training spend by $1.9M and lifted course completion 47% with a unified LMS
A Fortune-500 L&D team serving 12,000 employees across four business units was paying for three learning tools that nobody finished. A single LMS with cohort management, verifiable certifications and compliance tracking collapsed spend and turned training from a checkbox into a measurable business outcome.

This is an illustrative case study. Company names, identifying details, and testimonials have been changed to protect client confidentiality. The technical solution and target outcomes are representative of the work we do. We extend the same confidentiality to every client.
Where they started
SkillForge's 12,000 employees were licensed across three learning platforms — one for compliance, one for technical upskilling, one for leadership — at a combined $2.6M a year. Completion rates sat at 23% because employees had to hunt across three logins and three catalogs to find anything relevant, and certifications lived in PDFs that managers couldn't verify. Compliance training was the worst: the audit team spent 11 weeks a year chasing completion records across the three systems, and the company failed one compliance audit because records couldn't be produced in time.
What we built
We deployed our Learning Management System with a single catalog spanning compliance, technical and leadership content, cohort-based delivery with instructor-led and self-paced tracks, verifiable digital certifications anchored to each learner's record, and a manager dashboard showing completion, scores and certification expiry across every team. The compliance module auto-tracks regulatory deadlines and generates audit packets on demand. We migrated all three legacy catalogs in 5 weeks with zero content loss.
Target outcomes
More from this project
We were paying $2.6M a year for three platforms our people couldn't even finish a course on. One LMS, one catalog, one login — completion jumped 47% in the first quarter and we cut $1.9M out of the budget. The audit packet that used to take 11 weeks now generates in an afternoon.
